Based on thermodynamics, dislocation theory together with own theoretical andexperimental results, a new phase nucleation development for the mono - phase industrial realpoly crystalline materials was analized. At first, the terms "multy-phase" and "mono-phase"materials were specified and reformulated, introducing an addition one3"nominally". Thedislocation substructure role in solute chemical elements segregation and subsequent new phasenucleation was analyzed. It was theoretically shown and experimentally verivied possibilities toobtain super fine and homogeneus structure due to isothermal holding at optimal bothtemperature and duration for the nominally mono-phase metal materials. It was shown that thepossibilities may be expanded on other multiphase materials, particularly, Grey and White CastIrons.
