The pragmatic approach to development of national oncologic researches is discussed. Population features of health indicators are result of activities of physicians of various profiles, and express different "profiles" of health of population served by doctors. Any disease implies specific interaction (complementarities) between genotype and ecological factors involved by lifestyle of individuals, and that is determining the psycho-physiological nature of health of each local population. In particular, stratification of an oncologic profile of health is connected with the population features of psycho-physiological causes (complementarities) of health, and monitoring of this structure can open reserves for development of local innovative, practical and fundamental researches in oncology.
