Vacuum is the fundamental state of the quantum field & this is the dark energy. Dark Energy has a characteristic frequency which is an universal constant. Every point of space-time is considered as an oscillator in its fundamental state. Vacuum has also a density of entropy. Dark Matter is a high density of vacuum energy.
