Potential of ChatGPT in Vietnamese Poem Creation

This academic paper explores the potential of ChatGPT, a state-of-the-art language model, in the context of Vietnamese poetry creation. While ChatGPT has demonstrated impressive capabilities in various natural language processing tasks, including text generation, its ability to create complex Vietnamese poetic forms such as "Thất Ngôn Bát Cú Đường Luật," "Thất Ngôn Tứ Tuyệt Đường Luật," and "Lục Bát" remains unexplored. This paper examines the challenges and opportunities of using ChatGPT for Vietnamese poem generation and discusses its limitations and potential enhancements in this specific artistic domain.
