This article comments briefly on the author's views on the evolutionary process of the Universe, which are fully presented in his book "Theory of Nature" (TN).The author hypothesizes that the main factor determining the character of the evolution of the entire Universe is the character of the change in the length quantum.

В этой статье комментируются в кратком изложении взгляды автора на эволюционный процесс Вселенной, которые в полном своём объёме изложены в его книге «Теория Природы» (ТП).Автор выдвигает гипотезу, что основным фактором определяющим характер эволюции всей Вселенной является характер изменения кванта длины.
