The New Tunisian Triangulation -NTT- : The Decree of 10 February 2009

In this article, we detail the decree of February 10, 2009, which defines the New Tunisian Triangulation -NTT- consisting of the three basic foundations of topographic, cartographic, and geodetic work, namely:- The official terrestrial geodetic system of Tunisia.- The new cartographic mapping representation.- The general precision leveling network.Some historical elements are given to explain the necessity and the interest of this order.
