In the paper, as a preliminary preparation for create of the new general theory of relativity, the work focuses on the new scientific study of the movement of matter in space. Because it is fundamental theoretical approach about the motion of matter in moving inertial systems. Moving mater intro a gravitational field analyzed in the general theory of relativity. This section of physics cannot be investigate, without a new scientific view on the issues of gravity. The main theory that experimentally approved in the theory of gravity is the theory of a body in free fall. The most imported theory that experimentally approved in the theory of gravity is the theory of a body in free fall.
