Full Free Motion of Celestial Bodies Around a Central Mass - Why do They Mostly Orbit in the Equatorial Plane?

When we look at planets with their moons, our solar system, or distant galaxies, we see, in general, that the secondary masses orbit around the central mass mostly at its equatorial plane. If this analysis is correct, then it gives the answer by demonstrating why this happens. It also demonstrates the spiral nature of the motion, as well as the real orbit trajectories under diverse conditions.
