The third Keper law is shown to be the simplest Physical Diophantine Equation, leading to the critical Universe mass in the steady-state cosmology without any numerical parameter, whose 3/10 part is the Eddingtron Number times the neutron mass, suggesting that black matter is mater-antimater vibration in quadrature, and that the dark energy must be replaced by the 5th force of Fred Hoyle.
