The atom-like structure of baryons, creation of virtual pairs, and different target-detector distances explain why, unlike the MiniBooNE data, the MicroBooNE results show no excess of electron-neutrinos and electron-antineutrinos. Our result, i.e. excess = 414.4 +- 59.0, is consistent with the MiniBooNE data.
