Theory for Motion Observation

The objectively existing in nature transformation of space-time for the case of observers’ mutual uniform motion and limited light velocity is firstly revealed. The discovered transformation, referred to as Galilean-Zhou Transformation , is logically derived by author, using both the principle of relativity and the postulate of constancy of the light velocity. The Galilean-Zhou Transformation is actually and essentially the General Galilean Transformation. A new theory of special relativity, referred to as ‘Theory for Motion Observation’ is put forward. The theoretical interpretation for Hubble’s Law is firstly revealed by author, and the Kepler’s Law is as well reviewed, utilizing Galilean-Zhou Transformation.
