An analysis of 15 of the most mysterious phenomena in cosmology that have not found understanding within the framework of the standard LSDM model has been carried out The state of crisis of modern cosmological science, which is of a systemic nature, has been proved. The impossibility of solving the aforementioned riddles and getting out of the systemic crisis without creating a new Theory of the structure of the Universe is shown.
