Новый ионно-электрический двигатель подробно описан автором в других статьях, на которые даны ссылки. В данной статье автор коротко говорит только о принципе его работы. Описаны три типа (формы) нового самолета: обычный сверхзвуковой, дискообразный и дипольный. Предлагаемый тип самолета может летать и разгоняться до космических скоростей в любой газовой среде любой планеты с малым расходом топлива и маневрировать в космическом пространстве.
