Referring to Planck system of unities, space-time can act on corpuscles because extension is equivalent to energy. This action is always a friction force acting on the opposite side of motion. The friction coefficient is declared a new universal constant. It translates that power transmission is always limited: there is always a delay time to transfer an amount of energy.
