Özel görelilik teorisinin alışılmadık ve şaşırtıcı çıkarımları vardır. Bu yüzden teknik özünün tutarlılığı daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, özel görelilik teorisinin ilk kurgulaması, güncel gelişmiş yöntem bilimi eşliğinde tekrar ele alınıp, postulaları evrensel ölçekte sorgulanmaktadır. Yerellikten kaynaklanan bir tanım kusuru ve faktör eksikliği saptanmıştır. Büyük resmi öncelemek ve postula revizyonu, ışık kinematiği ve kozmolojik analizde yeni açılımlar potansiyeli sunmaktadır.
