Цель работы ознакомить с практикой универсальной применимости операционно-аналитического аппарата философии диалектического материализма к явлениям и законам электромагнетизма и вывода основных законов электромагнетизма из формулы субстрата. В лекциях № 39, № 40, № 41 изложена методология применения аппарата теории всеобщих начал и механизмов действительности к выводу механизма периодизации химических элементов, законов классической механики Ньютона и механики небесных тел - законам Кеплера. Специфика видовых качеств и свойств электромагнитных явлений, на уровне чувственных восприятий, существенно отличается от специфики качеств и свойств объектов классической механики. Однако явления классической механики и электромагнетизма имеют общую, единую основу. (The purpose of the work is to familiarize with the practice of the universal applicability of the operational-analytical apparatus of the philosophy of dialectical materialism to the phenomena and laws of electromagnetism and the derivation of the basic laws of electromagnetism from the substrate formula.
