En la siguiente tabla están los números pares y los resultados posibles de dividirlos entre 2. Los de color verde solamente admiten una división, mientras que los de color rojo admiten más de una. El color amarillo señala los números pares que son el resultado de aplicar 3n+1 a los números impares n.
