The emergence of the observable universe from the self-division of a preexisting Substance at high entropy is further developed [1]. Using a four-parameter Weibull growth model without inflation, the emanant 5-component vacuum comprising (+) and ( ) energy densities is further described in connection with: the origin and anisotropy of the Thermal IR radiation (CMB observed today); the expansion of a fluid within another fluid; the Hubble parameter associated with a drag coefficient; Bekenstein entropy linked to entanglement information and driving the arrow of time; the decoupling of ρ+/ρ leading to the twin universes; and the golden ratio embedded in the multiple and successive divisions of the Substance. Finally, the nature of the preexisting Substance will be discussed in the context of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation, and the 3rd law of thermodynamics.
