In the paper we analyze the behavior and properties of solutions to nonlinear Klein-Grordon-Equations. The Phi^4- and Sin-Gordon-System are quantized in terms of annihilation and creation operators and the one-loop semiclassical mass-shift is calculated with help of the DHN-Formula. The paper provides a complete quantizations of kinks and solitons associated with the analyzed systems.
