In this paper a graph is outlined using the new gyrochronology in the general theory of stellar metamorphosis using a preliminary method for determining if a star is hosting life. As well, it outlines which stages of a star’s evolution life may be occurring inside that star. In effect, stars that have a William’s Number of 1 million down to 300 are in some stage of life hosting/formation.
