This article discusses one fragment of Mr. Bychkov’s thoughts about the dimensions of physical quantities presented in the formula for the relation between mass and Planck’s constant. This formula appears on Wikipedia in the article “Kilogram”. Mr. Bychkov, on the basis of this formula, claims that a physical quantity of 1 kilogram is equivalent to a ratio of physical quantities a meter in a cube and a second in a square. But this is not so. This is a mistaken judgment.
