New Binomial Formula and Hyper-Arithmetic Progression

I present a new binomial formula as well as the relationship between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th powers of an arithmetic progression.

Comments: 3 Pages. There was a little error in the first version but it has all been corrected. Any criticism is welcome. However, any help is needed from anybody who thinks this work is genuine. I will be happy to collaborate with whoever helps me prove this claim.
