An effective method for deriving and analyzing the equations of gas dynamics is found, which does not depend on therate of kinetic and thermodynamic processes in the gas. The heat flux is correctly determined. Equilibria are found inwhich, in the absence of mass winds, the Maxwellian distribution is violated.[Найден эффективный метод вывода и анализа уравнений газовой динамики, не зависящий от скоростипротекания кинетических и термодинамических процессов в газе.
