A discussion on a better mathematical intuition towards a theory of interacting manifolds includes the first question (and the second one as well), in the theory of interacting manifolds. The key discussion includes how an infinite union of singularities from finite dimensional manifolds of any dimensions each (possibly different), can be used to construct an infinite dimensional manifold and how that helps us understand singularities in finite dimensional manifolds, and hinting at an insight towards interactions between finite dimensional manifolds.
