A Multi-attribute VIKOR Decision-making Method Based on Hesitantneutrosophic Sets

By co mbin ing neutrosophic sets and hesitant fuzzy sets, the definition of hesitant neutrosophic sets is presented. Based on the Euclidean distance and the cosine similarity formu la, the similarity formu la of neutrosophic sets is constructed. Then its similarity formu la is also provided. According to the similarity formu la of hesitant neutrosophic sets, a new mu lti-attribute VIKOR decision-making method for hesitant neutrosophic information is develop. At last an illustrative example is given to verify its practicality and effectiveness.
