The transformation mechanism of principles of classical mechanics in statistical interpretation of the quantum theory are shown. Physical interpretation of the principle of uncertainty and the dimension of Planck’s constant (J/Hz instead J∙s) is given. Inexplicable before phenomenon, taking place in experiments and supervision, are explained.
