This is an open letter to Academics and professors of natural sciences in the world. In the letter the author explains that the dynamics developed by Newton describes only part of the dynamic phenomena that occur in the material world. Another part of the dynamic phenomena that Newton could not see, was described by Pinopa in constructive field theory.
