The paper deals with a phenomenon, observed by the author. Employing Electric Double Layers for registering subtle phenomena like Torsion Fields is known since 90's of the past Century due to works of A.V. Bobrov of Russia. The energetic water-metal barrier is a receiver of such class of the phenomena. Such the systems employ different types of electrodes in water for generating EMF. However, in the experiments of January 2014 it was noted that identical electrodes in water also produce EMF. The author explains it due to developing asymmetry by different colors of insulation on the electrodes as well as different chemical composition, related to the color and even influence of the shape-effect. Such the simple system proved to be a sensitive sensor of different kind of events, including the astronomical ones. Published in Russian.
