Due to the Law 1: the numbers of the odds (subtractor) are more, and Law 2: the numbers of the odd integer (difference) are less; it is stressed in this article that the odd spaces which are located at the bottom line of the prime-odd pairs will never be filled in by the numbers of the odd integer, they have to be filled in by the primes (minuend) as well.
