It is shown that the current in the wire has a complex structure, and inside wire extends the flow of electromagnetic energy. The functioning of the Milroy engine can be explained by the existence circular currents and energy flow in the conductor. On this basis it is possible to perform the calculation Milroy engine. \\ Показывается, что ток в проводе имеет сложную структуру, а внутри провода распространяется поток электромагнитной энергии. Функционирование двигателя Мильроя можно объяснить существованием круговых тока и потока энергии в проводнике. На этой основе можно выполнить расчет двигателя Мильроя.
