Matter is a fundamental principle of our world and the whole of nature. Specifically matter manifests itself in nature in the form of particles of matter. The particles of matter formed during the collapse of the natural (physical) units of matter. The unique constant of the nature determines the number of particles of matter, which are formed as a result of decomposition. The natural unit of the matter is the unique measure of the nature. This unit is called a merilo (criterion). This is a unique unit of measure of all things and all phenomena of the nature. Such is the nature. Physics is a reflection of nature and must conform to the nature in all. This also applies to its physical units and in particular to SI.
