The seven SI physical quantities adopted for the basic, the rest are from the basic, i.e. the derived quantities. It seems to the author, in еру nature there are four main essence matter, space, time and electric charge. In physics, they correspond to the four physical quantities mass, time, length and electric charge. If these values are taken as the basic, all others are derived, the consequences of these basic quantities. But the nature is the material. The matter is the basis of all things and phenomena of the nature. And then everything can be measured in a matter and her unit. This unit is a certain amount of matter, a ‘merilo’ (criterion). This article discusses the conformity between of the unique unit of the nature (a merilo) and SI units./В СИ семь физических величин приняты за основные, остальные являются следствиями основных, т. е. производными величинами. Как представляется автору, в природе существуют четыре основные сущности материя, пространство, время и электрический заряд. В физике им соответствуют четыре физические величины масса, время, длина, заряд. Если эти величины принять за основные, то все другие будут производными, следствиями этих основных величин. Но природа материальна и в основе всех вещей и явлений лежит материя. И значит все можно измерять материей и ее единицей. Такой единицей является определенное количество материи, мерило. В настоящей статье рассматривается связь универсальной единицы природы мерило и единиц СИ.
