The present article is devoted to the problem of the time and its solution. What is a time? People have been asking this question for a long time. Time inseparably linked with a matter. Time inseparably linked with the Universe and with her evolution. Here is the basic thought of this article. How this communication is shown? What is a time? What is the secret of the time? In the present article answers to these and other similar questions are given. The author uses a dialectic materialistic method of knowledge of the world and the material nature surrounding us. Author enters into consideration the materialistic model of a universe as whole and the materialistic model of the Universe as its part. As it is represented to the author the Universe mechanism is similar to the mechanism of hourglasses. The sand corresponds to a matter, atom of the matter, and there are two capacities (storehouse) for a matter. Thus, the Universe is a materialistic cosmologic object which can be named the tandem ‘Singularity – Universe’. The Singularity may be quite probably the central core of the Universe which radiates the matter. The Universe extends with the matter radiation: this is the rhythmical expansion. This expansion happens with the speed of light. The matter radiates from the Singularity and moves into the Universe in the form of the small discrete matter’s globule, which let us name the atom of the matter. Each atom of the matter contains the quite defined minimum quantity of the matter existing in the nature. Time is inseparably linked with a matter. Time is inseparably linked with the Universe and its evolution. These principles are the main idea of this article. How are these relationships manifested? What is a time? What is the secret of the time? This article gives answers to these questions. In the present article the answers on some others but closely related with these questions are given also.
