Physics That Mandates A Vortex to Form

The physics that I'm about to describe to you is regarding the processes that determine how all self generating vortices get their initial rotation and in some cases continue under the same process. This process or phase is of a major importance to the scientific community. The universe is dictated by the properties of a vortex as in the formation of the galaxies, solar system, stars and planets. Any change in the basic physics of how a vortex functions will have major importance to how the universe actually works.
