It is assumed that the existence of a tornado depends on set internal lightning. Developed a mathematical model of a tornado, showing the structure of the electromagnetic field and electrocution in a tornado. Next is shown (as a consequence of this model) that in a tornado can circulate flow of electromagnetic energy and thus can save energy obtained tornado from electric discharges. Shows the cause of the stability of the shape and the vertical position of a tornado, and the reasons for the motion, vibrations and expansion of a tornado. \\ Предполагается, что существование торнадо обеспечивается множеством внутренних молний. Строится математическая модель торнадо, показывается структура электромагнитного поля и электротоков в торнадо. Далее показывается (как следствие этой модели), что в торнадо может циркулировать поток электромагнитной энергии и таким образом может сохраняться энергия, полученная торнадо при электрических разрядах. Показываются причины устойчивости формы и вертикального положения торнадо, а также причины движения, колебания и расширения торнадо.
