Title: Unified Nature of All Interactions

It is shown, that universal definition of forces as the gradient of the corresponding kind of energy applies to the ether waves. Distinction of reaction of substance on influences different frequency is proved. Thereby the unity of the nature of interaction between ether and substance is justified. The ether - soliton concepts of a structure of substance is discussed.
