Spinning Electric Field As a Virtual Gyroscope: On Possiblility of Existence of Kozyrev's Effect in Rotating Electric Fields

Authors: Mark Krinker

The paper shows the spinning electric field as an electromagnetic analog of a mechanical gyroscope. Like a real mechanical gyroscope, its electromagnetic analog has an angular momentum. But quantitatively faster spinning brings qualitatively new phenomena. This publication is a copy of that shown on site www.ecodowsing.com in 2005.

Comments: 14 Pages. Previosly was shown on www.ecodowsing.com in 2005. The company was concerned with studying physical bases of Geo-Pathogenic Zones and designing special instrumentation for that.
