The theoretical conclusion of law of Bio – Savara - Laplace from the first principles of energodynamics is offered. Possibility of replacement of the vector magnetic potential for angular speed of electric charge circulation is shown (В статье предложен теоретический вывод закона Био–Савара–Лапласа из первых принципов энергодинамики. Попутно показана возможность замены векторного магнитного потенциала на угловую скорость циркуляции электрического заряда по замкнутому контуру, а сил Лоренца – на их момент, способный совершать работу)
