ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and Cyrillic

Paper will start from the creation of the Cyrillic alphabet, then will immediately move on to the present situation. It will then describe what the electronic devices (not) be used Cyrillic letters and in what form and under what conditions it use. Conditions are defined in a ways of non-hardware concepts: software, databases, web pages, coding, etc. Special attention will be given to short messages on cell phones.
